Lørdag den 2. maj går det løs i Køge og dagen efter, søndag den 3. maj, er det Herlufsholm OK der afholder den afsluttende afdeling samt SM sprint i Ringsted.

Since 2013, the Zealand Sprint has been an annual weekend offer from Køge OK and Herlufsholm OK.
So also in 2026.
On Saturday, May 2nd, it gets going in Køge and the day after, Sunday, May 3rd, it is Herlufsholm OK that will hold the final section as well as the SM sprint (The Zealand Sprint Championship) in Ringsted.

Saturday, May 2nd
The 1st and 2nd sections of the Zealand Sprint will be run in Køge (see page 2)
Sunday, May 3rd
The 3rd section of the Zealand Sprint will be run in Ringsted (see page 3)
In the Zealand Sprint, all 3 sections count, and the winner is the runner who
has the fastest overall time.
It is possible to register for the two sub-events individually.
